In recent times, If you try to insert image attachments on your compose box in Gmail, it would not insert them as a message. Right Now, you can add images as attached files. This article originally came from unofficial Google Operating System blog that says adding photos via Drag and Drop method, you need to drag the image on the bottom line of the compose box in Your Gmail Account. So far, it will fix as a major disappointment to sending email and users will live on now.
