An easy way you can bring shortcut menu on your Windows PC to access certain type of function using with the keyboard. Easy Context Menu is a Portable freeware software that adds much list of icons from Desktop Context, My Computer, Drives, Folder Context and Sub menu.

Once you right click on your Desktop, above listed context menu will available on the main PC screen. After that, just click the icon box to disable or enable the menu in the UI.
