The short form of TL;DR is “Too long; and Didn’t read”. It is a mobile email service app that boost to shortage. The app reminding you when you compose an email from your phone, it just limit you how much content that you can add into the email box and the app can tell you to feed the text 30 words or less than displays to a recipient with bold text.
