The iOS mobile user never meet this kind of issues, but you can meet in sometimes. On the App Store bottom you can find and tap choosing anyone of menu items of the App screen to tap 10 times in the line. You have to select and tap every one 10 times. Once you have done the experiment, you have to wait the screen goes into the black, after that it will reload all.
