With this application you can build a two type of folders one it comes public and another it comes private folder that can be used in those who signed.

The developers indicate people who want to send all the data into the public folder which it comes signed. So the viewer can check out to see the text files, otherwise there is no images.

It has one more feature from the developer that private folders are coming with encrypted. It means Keybase network will not allow anyone to read those data that you have to save on it. If you like to share someone and they want to read your data simply you have to add their username.

The Keybase programmer says if any user who are not part of this and able to share those files it will be accepted. Along with a Twitter account, you may find that create a folder with username and your friend’s account. The other people can access your shared files easily. That’s it.
