Microsoft’s Windows 8.1 introduces a Start Screen, and this feature will not encourage those users who are using Windows platform on their computer PC. If you have any idea that you want to engage the full start screen to launch on system device, PaperPlane is the Windows desktop launcher that imitates on the iPad. Once you have it on your Windows it will not middle to run the desktop from his normal position and it will easily allow you to add files, apps, folders and links.
