We all know that Sunrise app has been called off, but Microsoft’s own Outlook gets something new feature for his iOS users and their calendar whoever forget those things in that moment. This new feature borrowed from a desktop app, and now officially getting into iOS app for Outlook makes a scheduling assistant for the event. Well, you can create an event and include coworkers at ”People” field, after that date picker.
From the part, you can check the times, which indicated white, yellow or red, displaying the availability on where the people available in a group or not. Continuing, tap the time picker through drag and drop until it reaches green – It means that everyone available at the time. Through this, you can add the rest of details and save in the event, which becomes to notify others and a group of people.
This feature now gets updated on Outlook for iOS if the app connected with Office 365 or Exchange. You can test the phone the available option on your device. At the moment the new feature that Microsoft serve for iOS, but the Android and Windows 10 mobile coming soon.
