Not all apps to prompt that you want to copy text from Android, but the one it can do with long press on your Android phone. Microsoft Garage Project Clip Layer app make you easy the task to copy the text and the rest you know.
Once you download Clip Layer app from play store, open the app and keep activate through long-pressing on your phone home button, and the app start scans and display you a small box around with every text. All you have to do simply tap on the box that you want to copy the text into clipboard. Instead, you can tap the function to include onto the to-dos, or send message through email. The feature works like a clipboard, but the situation brings back normal.
There is no other way to run the Clip Layer app on your Android, you ask press-long on the home button. Whenever the performance has been taken that feature already integrated within home button.
