This extension works to add a note private on their Twitter profiles. And you can see the available notes on their follower contact. Even, you can bring the notes for editing every people’s profile too. If you want to know the contact has notes you can find the message through from app icon. This feature only visible on your account.
Whodis still in alpha mode and also the extension provides a free service.
