Showtime, it’s a premium cable and satellite TV network service provider, recently they get into an update for a Showtime app for iOS support adds offline download function. Those who are watching Homeland, Shameless, and many popular series gets without internet connection.
Showtime and Showtime Anytime both platforms get offline watching time. If you are using Showtime Anytime app support subscription user for cable connection, which are participating Comcast, DISH, Verizon and few more.
The streaming app will provide one month free trial after that the subscription will follow an amount of $11 per month. This feature you can achieve through in-app purchase.
It’s a move that puts Showtime in line with streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Video, and Vudu, all of which also offer the ability to save shows to watch without an internet connection. – The Verge
