Google released a developer preview Android O in March 2017. This operating system provides a new feature that makes easy multitask when you play video. The program introduces a PiP mode, and you have used on Android TV, then it comes in handy.

This new Picture-in-Picture without bias inherent, and you can find already that running on the VLC Android app, but this new feature doesn’t come much easier. For this you have to find the way through app settings, then only you can serve the feature which may float around the screen.

You can test with the latest version, I have tried with my Samsung Note 4 with Marshmallow. This feature available, if you have Android O or later version then keep moving with this new option. All you have to do find the VLC on play store and download and install the application on your Android phone.

After that, enable PiP mode, swipe on the left edge screen and find ”Settings” on the next screen ”Play videos in the background.”

Whenever you choose a video player and watch in VLC through on PiP mode, all you have to do press three-dot menu button available player controls and small screen display you with rectangle and same another rectangle size. Once you click the icon in VLC, your video will become smaller and floating on the phone window screen on the bottom right corner of your phone screen. While playing video in the background you can open any application in the midst of playing and you can move anywhere. Even you can return the video in full-screen, pause, and close the PiP mode, clicking ”X” icon on the video.

That’s it.
