Chrome OS doesn’t find a replacement for the app launcher, when you compare to other User Interface. But Chrome OS seeks new step for multitasking for the settings, here the new launcher cloned with ”Peeking Launcher” this one featured already with little work.

The site 9to5Google rolled out the trick through on video:

To activate Peeking launcher get you a smooth process, no difficulties with your system device or data, this one store a light weight details in your Chromebook.

To run the feature, System settings and move into About Chrome OS–>Detailed Built Info–>Change Channel. You need to turn secure to developer channel.

If you want to get back previous function you need advance reset or ”Powerwash” for your device. First, you have to find the most recent updates, and the system will change to developer channel. Once you have done the procedure, load the Chrome and enter ”chrome://flags” and search ”peeking” on the list that you search. Once you have activated Peeking Launcher, you need to reboot the browser, finally you are able to access Peeking Launcher using the search button through keyboard or tap on the app drawer icon on bottom of left hand side on the screen.

That’s it.
