If your apps reaches 20 above, it will not indicate to do something about the app. And if you face this problem, you can stop easily from your iPhone to cut from showing high value numbers. For this you need to get into the phone Settings–>Notifications and scroll down to find the Notification badge to make turn off from the app. Now, you can check the notification center will be displayed, but the numbers you can find out next to the app icon.
