How to Set Undo An Email on Microsoft Outlook, After You Sent Recipient

We have been surviving most of the area, composing email and hit to send recipient, within second next, look to return back. That we have doubt whether the email went wrong person email ID, for this Gmail has ”Undo” message, it will support you to avoid the wrong person email ID or such a items forgot you didn’t upload a file. It can support most of the user when sending email to many people. Whether you use Microsoft’s Outlook brings that quite little bit variation on this action.

From Outlook, if you set a few steps you can see immediately the function how it works on Outlook webapp.

1. Open Outlook–>File–>Manage Rules & Alerts button.

2. Click New Rule tab–>Rule Wizard–> Start from a template or from a blank rule–>Apply rule on messages I send.

3. At the end of Botton, Click the Next button–>a small window will open ”This rule will be applied to every message you send. Is this correct?”.

4. The next screen, Rule Wizard–>defer delivery by a number of minutes, once you set give Ok.

Any email that you are sending from Outlook it will not reach to recipient Instead of it takes to end the minute that you have set on Outlook.
