Any issues from Gear VR, you have the plugin to Samsung Galaxy smartphone with connected headset, and the Oculus will be active, In the mean time, you can’t use any other application before you unplug in. The new app Use Cardboard apps for Gear VR has extreme feature that works with a one click option to switch between default Gear VR or Cardboard settings. The app provides a widget service, you can choose Cardboard or Gear VR mode through the app home screen.
Important notice: To uninstall the Cardboard, open the app and find the three dot button available in the top right corner and tap and uninstall. And also you can use the manual deactivation through device admin.
